Thank You Cards
Posted on July 21st, 2009 1 commentHello everybody! I’m back!
Sorry I’m really lazy with posting on my blog.
I would like to thank everyone for your kind Birthday wishes! Today I’ll show some thank you cards I made for my some of my friends!
This card is for Anna. This card is very small; it’s like the actual size on the picture. The sentiment stamp is from her and the mouse stamp is from Our Craft Lounge. The sentiment says “a little note of thanks” I thought it worked perfect with this little card! I also added some little gems on the side and a dragonfly by the stamp!
The next card is for Rita! I love this card! The stamp that I used is from Pinkcatstudio the set is Billy Plate 1. I enjoyed coloring him! I added some ribbon on a scalloped piece of paper. And I made up the sentiment that says, “Hoppin’ to Thank You!”
The last card I made is for my friends Tim and Linda. I love the cute sentiment that says, “Thanks a Million”
That’s all I wanted to share with you today! Thank You for stopping by!

Posted on June 12th, 2009 2 commentsHello everyone! And happy Friday!
Today is the day I’ve been waiting for! School is OUT! But the bad news is my parents singed me up for summer school so It’s basically not over for me. But at least I have a week off, till summer school!
So, today I will show the presents I got for my Birthday so far because some presents are not here yet, like the presents I’m getting from my relatives in Russia. The first present I got was from Rita! She gave me a book called, 365 Things to Make and Do! It has all sorts of great ideas! Thanks a lot Rita!
Now to the presents my parents gave me. I got a lot of Minnesota Viking (My Favorite Team) football cards! I have a big football card collection! And I need to have my own Minnesota Vikings album to fit all the cards in one album! I also got a new, Minnesota Vikings, mouse pad from my parents! It has there Viking Logo on it! It is so cool. I also got some video games and movies from them! Thank you very, very much Mom and Dad!
A nd last but not least, I got some of the best presents from my cat Ginger Bell! She gave me some Viking stuff to but, even better, she gave me stuff from my favorite player on the Vikings, Adrian Peterson! My cat gave a lot of cards of him! Two came with frames! She also gave my very first Jersey of him! When I opened the jersey I screamed and quickly put it on to see how it looked and it was perfect! I loved it! Thank you so much Ginger Bell.
Hope you liked my post and thanks for stopping by!

Aloha!
Posted on June 7th, 2009 4 commentsHello everybody, and Happy Sunday!
Today I wanted to make a summer card, since it is almost summer and it is like summer already here in Lake Mills. To start, my mom printed for me this Turtle Kona from Our Craft Lounge, the set is called Hangin’ Loose with Kona. I chose the one where he is standing with his surf board. I colored the image using colored pencils and markers. I colored the surf board and his body with markers; with the colored pencils I colored his swimming trunks, the sand, and the little crab. I also added some glitter to his eyes because eyes sparkle, right! I colored the sand using different browns and mixing them together. When I was coloring the first little crab I messed up on him, so I decided to cut him off and make a new one and it was much better. Then I cut the image out and used pop-up dots to put the crab on to the rest of the image. After all of that I was trying to figure out the layout, it was easy. I used an oval Nestabilities and colored the inside light with colored pencil and the outside dark. I took a blue with some green paper to match him and the surf board, and took an orange striped paper to match his swimming trunks and the crab. Then I thought something was missing on the side, so I added a ribbon with dots that match the paper. Ribbon always helps me when I think something is missing! Finally, I added the sentiment Aloha and colored it with colored pencils blue and green. After I finished the outside of the card, I decided to do an inside. I added the dotted paper on the bottom and put the striped paper on top.
Then I just added some white paper to write in. When I closed the card and opened up again to check if something was wrong, something was wrong! I did the inside on the top instead of the bottom! But thank goodness I didn’t glue the cover on so tight because I could just easily peal it off and put on the back!
Thanks for stopping by and thank you so much for your comments!
Sincerely,
Sergei

My Scrapbook- Cover and Pg.1
Posted on May 31st, 2009 1 commentHello everyone! You know when I said I’m not going to show my scrapbook till I’m done with it? We have only done one page in it so far it’s because my mom is busy. So, since I was so exited I’m going to show you the page that we did that day and the cover! We haven’t picked a picture for the cover yet, so it’s just the picture it came with – compass. On the cover they have a map of the world on it and the pictures of all the big cities. It also has some rivers and the oceans.
This page is when I got a cool scooter for an early birthday at Spring ‘08. It was a gift from Mom and Dad. I used some stickers around the writing. The writing says: “Last Spring ‘08 I got this cool scooter for an early Birthday the gift was from Mom and Dad”.
I hope you enjoyed my scrapbook and thank you for stopping by!

Owl be There
Posted on May 23rd, 2009 3 commentsHello! Sorry I haven’t been posting for a while. It’s because I have school work and I am basically just lazy. So, today I would like to show you one card I wanted to post long ago. The stamp I used for this card was from The Greeting Farm. I just love their stamps and it is from the same set called Forest Friends. It is the last stamp in the set that I’m using and it’s the owl. First, my mom, of course, stamped the image for me. Then I colored the owl’s head a light brown the bottom and the eyelids I colored a dark brown. Then i colored the beak yellow. And as you can see I colored the leaves green. Next, my mom and I were thinking about the layout. We had problems figuring out the layout. Then, we finally thought of one. We decided to make a tree trunk because thats where owl,s live in a tree trunk with a hole in it, right. So, we found tree trunk paper and made a hole in it by using a circle punch. We put the owl next to it’s hole and made. We used pop-up dots to put on the owl. Then we made moon light glowing in the hole. Because owl’s are awake at night. We put our sentiment, Owl be there on the moon light. We bent the sentiment a little so it could fit on paper. We put the moon light with the sentiment on it inside the card so it looks it’s glowing inside the trunk.
Then, I thought some thing was missing so we added a border from a border punch and added it to the top and bottom of the card. I hope you like the card I made and Thank you for all the nice comments you posted on my blog!

Deer Friend
Posted on April 8th, 2009 9 commentsGood Morning friends and Happy Wednesday!
I would like to share with one of my cards I made. Again my mom, helped me a lot with this card even though she was sick. The stamp is from The Greeting Farm, the set is called Forest Friends like I used yesterday. To start with, I colored the picture myself . Then, I cut it out. After that, my mom and I choose the papers. We choose the flower paper because it looks like the fawn is sniffing the flower. Next I choose the oval Nestabilities to put around the fawn. We sponged the paper also. Then we cut out another type of oval Nestabilities with the scalloped edge, that we put around the fawn. Last, we put on the sentiment with the pop-up dots, and attached the ribbon.
I hope you enjoyed my post and thank you very much for your nice comments!

Nuts About You
Posted on April 7th, 2009 5 commentsHello everybody! I would like to show you one of the cards I made today. My mom helped me a lot with this card. The Stamp I used is from The Greeting Farm, the set is called Forest Friends. First, my mom stamped the image. Then I started coloring the picture myself, and then my mom helped cut it out with a white border around it. After that, we put on Pop-Up Foam Dots. Next my mom helped choose the papers for the card. It was hard to choose the papers. Then I picked a border punch, and my mom punched it out. I picked this border punch because I thought it looked like the top of the acorn. Last we put the card all together and added some twine and a button!
Hope you enjoyed my card! Thanks for stopping by and Thank You for your nice comments!

Just as long as your with me!
