3 Clovers Thursday Challenge #21

3 CTC21Hello My Friends! Today is Thursday and it is time for 3 Clovers Thursday Challenge. This week it is a sketch challenge – my favorite kind of a challenge. Thank you Kerry!

For my card I used acrylic stamp set The Botz Family from Our Craft Lounge. I bought these DP from  Kaiser Crafts company (K-bots) long time ago at out LSS. I was thinking about creating a card one day with a cute robot. I am so glad that I finally used these papers and inked the stamp. What I like about acrylic stamps the best is that you can see where you stamp without special supplies.

Why don’t you join us for this fun challenge and share your art with us! Would you like to see more cards and find an ocean of inspiration – please, stop at Kerry’s blog and maybe you can use some of your pretty papers and  non-inked stamps!

Thank you for stopping by today! Have a fabulous day!

Elena

A Gift for You

Gift For YouHello and thank you for stopping by today. Just a very quick post… This card was made using a sketch from The Fresh Batch Sketch Challenge blog. The sketch is so cute and DT did a great job with all of the samples. Their cards are real inspiration!  Adorable elephant is a stamp from Our Craft Lounge, so much fun to play with! It has so many accessories in it, and you can create different scenes. I found out that I don’t have any birthday cards on hand, this was a good way to fill up my collection.

Thank you for looking and leaving your kind comments!

Have a fantastic day,

Elena

Thank You Card

Thank you Card

Hello and Happy Tuesday! Yesterday we went to our local library to sigh-up for a reading program for kids. Sergei is very excited about this and he read for three hours for me in the evening. He wants to earn extra points for winning a main prize – digital camera.

Now to the card. I made this thank you card for Rita. Hope she liked it. She already got it in her mail and now I can show it to you. Cute little mouse in the flowers is a stamp from Our Craft Lounge. The stamp comes in very nice package and on the cover of it there is a preview of the colored image. That really helped me, because sometimes I don’t know what colors to pick or how to put shading.

This card was also created for the Weekend Sketch Challenge #84, very beautiful sketch by very talented and amazing Laurie. Thank you for the inspiration!

And thank you for stopping by today! Your comments and visits put a big smile on my face and help me a lot!

Inky hugs,

Elena

Supplies: cardstock from LSS, Basic Greay DP, Mice Friends stamp set from Our Craft Lounge, Sentiment from Verve, Artful Elegance (it was blog candy from long time ago), pearls, ribbons, Prismacolor pencils, Gamsol, Nestabilities

Some news to share!

Ride The Big Wave

Ride The Big Wave

Hello! Sorry for the late post today, it has been a busy day today… We went to the Children’s Hospital for Sergei’s blood test (genetic test). We finally got approvement from the Insurance Company for this. This test will not really help with health issues for Sergei, but we will at least know if is on a genetic level.  And of course when you go to the Hospital (far-far away from our village), it takes forever waiting in lines and figuring out what to do…

But I have some more news I wanted to share… About a week ago I got an e-mail from Joy(Joy saw my gallery at Splitcoaststampers and left me comments that made me feel so good!), where she asked me if I would be interested to play with Our Craft Lounge stamps.  You probably already know the answer – yes! She sent me so many new toys (stamps)! When I saw it in my mailbox it was like Christmas in May or Early Birthday present! Joy also sent me some digital images of the the brand new stamp set by Our Craft Loungefeaturing Kona the Turtle (Hanging Loose with Kona) made especially for Eclectic Paperie. Isn’t he is so cute!

Since the image was digital, my Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol limited me in coloring (the ink bleeds), so I used markers I had on hand (little pack of markers Faber Castel, gift from Vera). The papers are from my friend Anna, thought it goes so well with the Turtle Kona. Flowers a-la Prima were made by using flower punch and embossing tool.

Hope you will like this card! Thank you to Joy, Anna, Vera and all of your for all of your support and kindness!

Inky Hugs,

Elena

P.S. I just wanted to clarify about this post. I am not on a DT of Our Craft Lounge company, it was a very kind and generous gift from Joy! I just wanted to share my gladness with you because you are my friends!
