… That is what I felt when I walked to Franklin Conservatory today in the evening for the Craft Fair preparation. Yes, tomorrow is the day. My first ever Craft Fair. I am so NERVOUS. I feel like a little baby with my crafts. I am totally a newbie here. I looked at other crafters set-ups – they look awesome! Great displays, very interesting stands and supplies and so many different crafts. I saw about 1/3 of what’s coming tomorrow. But I am who I am and my table represents me because I really like making cards, toys and everything child related. We will see how people will like it.

First Craft Fair

Please, keep your fingers crossed for me for tomorrow and next day after. I would appreciate it so much.

Of course I can’t finish this post without a card that I made for Paper Smooches Sparks challenge (this card is actually at the Craft Fair). This week you need to use lace on your creation. I did use vintage lace and vintage stamp from Knick Knack stamp set.

Once again, I hope that Paper Smooches DT will like my card. 🙂

… Такой как ты больше нет. Я полностью согласна с этим выражением. И именно такие чувства я испытываю сейчас. Только что вернулась с регистрации и установки стола для первой ярмарки. Да, завтра состоится большой день в моей творческой жизни. Столик мой выглядит бедненько, скромненько. Нет специальных дисплеев и стендов, нет ничего такого особенного. Да и сам ассортимент примитивный по сравнению с другими мастерами. В общем после того как я прошлась по залу и посмотрела на мастеров со стажем почувствовала себя полным ребенком и новичком. Оно так и есть – новичок.

Так что подержите за меня кулачки, пожалуйста. Очень мне нужно будет везение и удача на завтра и послезавтра. Спасибо.

Конечно я не могу уйти просто так. Вот очередная открытка к челлендж от блога Paper Smooches. Пока, если честно, я там ничего еще не выигрывала. Главное ведь участие, правда?

Yesterday in the evening I finished this cute kitty card. I wanted to play PS Sparks Challenge. It is an inspiration picture this week. I don’t have any PS butterflies stamps and I don’t have any jars stamps either. So I tried to think of something that will still follow the picture and fit in my crafting supplies that I have on hand (Party Posse stamp set). So this was double challenge for me. 🙂

I liked this card. I know there is lots of pink going on in here, but it is still pretty. I hope that Paper Smooches DT will like my card too.

Hello my crafting friends!

I just finished a card for two challenges. I am not sure if I really-really like this card, but it is what it is.

Challenge number 1: PS Sparks Challenge – Trend Watch (sheer and clear).

For sheer part I overlaid “onion skin” paper on Basic Grey DP panel. And for the clear part I chose button. I probably shouldn’t add sewing to this card over the “onion skin” paper, it is all bunched up and doesn’t look pretty. Would be better with vellum I think… which I didn’t have at that moment.

The stamped image is from Paper Smooches Knick Knacks stamp set. I like this Raggedy Doll. So cute! 🙂

Challenge number 2: Did you hear about a new stamping company Reverse Confetti? Do you remember an awesome Saturday Sketch (SFYTT) challenge from Jen del Muro? I have some good news Jen is brining back her sketches to us and she also  opened a new stamping company Reverse Confetti. I don’t own any of the stamps yet… my wish list is growing though. 🙂 Anyway, this is my take to this month challenge.

Thank you for stopping by today. I have a card to share that I made for PS Sparks Challenge. It is a sketch challenge this time.

I flipped the sketch up-side down and used Little Fella stamp set. I also added some texture to the card by embossing the DP from Basic Grey company.
