Hello My Friends! Thank you so much for telling me about your cards! I really enjoyed reading it! I also found something new from your comments – don’t stamp a sentiment, but to add it later! I think that is a very clever idea! I wouldn’t even think about this! But because of you, I now will do it too!
Yesterday was a very special day for my husband and me. 4 years ago we became wife and husband! Not so many years together yet, but they are very dear to me…
Several days ago I was speaking on the phone with my friend and she asked if I would have a time traveling machine, would I repeat the same life with my husband or I will chose another life? I couldn’t answer that question at that time; I took it so serious. But after thinking I can tell the answer: Yes, I will return to the same time and I would like to live the same life with my husband. And I know why. Before Ken I didn’t know the real meaning of the words as love, friendship, trusting and many others. But with him I can feel these words. I feel that I know Ken all my life; I can’t even imagine how did I live without him… I know it sounds crazy, but even one day without him is like one year… One day I will tell you how we met each other; it was very romantic! I can tell honestly that Ken is my second half, and I am so glad that we found each other!
Sorry for my sentimental talking. Back to the card making world! Today’s card is very simple! But I like it! This time I used a Gina K. Designs stamp set Whatever Floats Your Boat. I stamped the image twice and then cut the window door and attached it from the other side. This cute little giraffe was colored with two Copic markers (I have a small set that my friend gave me as a gift) and with Prisma colored pencils for the spots and background.
My inspiration for this card was a First Sketch For the New Year from Jen del Muro. I think that this sketch is perfect for the stamp I chose! The papers I used are from DCWV. I like the DP (The Green Stack) that I just bought. It is 70% recycled paper and the patterns are just so darling!
I added sewing (as usual), faux stitching, yellow cotton twine and a button. The twine is threaded through the button and attached to the holes on a blue panel. Little brads are like anchors for the twine.
That is all for today! Thank you for stopping by and reading!
And thank you so much for all your comments!
Hugs,
Elena
Штампик Whatever Floats Your Boat, который я использовала, от компании Gina K. Designs.

Super Sweet Card…Love the way you did the windows and wood grain background. – Sorry I missed sending Anniversary greetings. Look for my e-card….
I’d love to hear how you met your husband. Hugs and Best Wishes
