And I as I promised earlier I will continue showing cards made with the new stamp set Miss Anya from The Greeting Farm. The stamp will be available in the store on February 14th. Another pretty little girl! This Anya has a cute little purse! And I really love her fashion boots!
I made this card for the Our Creative Corner Challenge. Wow! This blog is a treasure of inspiration! This week you need to use hearts on your card. Can you see two tiny hearts On Anya’s purse and one heart on her hair band? Hope this counts!
I think that the design of the stamp is so beautiful and I decided to keep the design of the card simple, but spend more time on coloring. Really enjoy coloring this image! Before I start coloring an image that will go on the card, I always practice on a scratch piece of paper, trying to find the right colors. But sometimes I spend hours finding the right designer papers, I should change it… In one of the tutorials from Lauren’s blog I found for myself very good advice from her – first pick the paper and then go with the colors for your main image. I really appreciate that Lauren shares all her tips and techniques! It is really helpful.

Как и обещала, продолжаю серию поделок с замечательной Анечкой. На этот раз открытка очень простая. Очень много времени я отвела на разукрашивание главного персонажа открытки. Честно сказать, ушло больше часа. Вот такая “капуша”. Перед тем как разукрасить рисунок на “чистовую”, я всегда тренируюсь на ненужном кусочке бумаги, подбираю цвета, выбираю нужные. После этого я подбираю дизайнерскую бумагу, тоже очень длительный процесс. Сначала определяюсь с компановкой открытки, потом выбираю разные бумажки с рисунками, и только после этого определяюсь что же мне больше всего нравится из предложенных вариантов. Но вот недавно на блоге замечательной рукодельнцы Lauren (я про нее вчера рассказывала) прочитала такой совет – сначала нужно подобрать бумагу, а потом уже цвета для рисунка, главного персонажа открытки. Вот теперь буду стараться следовать этому очень дельному совету! Чуть не забыла, одна из ленточек на открытке – подарок от Елены! Спасибо большое!!!
