My favorite song from childhood

Hello My Friends! Today we have a very interesting challenge at Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps challenge blog – card inspired by your favorite song.

Lately I miss my home so much… and my childhood especially. Time when you don’t need to worry and think about tomorrow. Anyway all these sentimental thoughts reminded me about a song that we were singing for Mother’s Day in Russia.

Я пеку, пеку, пеку
Деткам всем по пирожку
А для милой мамочки
Испеку два пряничка
Кушай, кушай мамочка
Вкусные два пряничка
Я ребяток позову
Пирожками угощу.

The idea of this song is that I bake some little pies for all the kids and for my sweet Mom I will bake some ginger breads. I tried it to translate it word by word but it sounded so weired. Sorry about this…

As you can see I chose Sweet Treats Emily stamps which is perfect for this song from my childhood. I loved making this card; it brought to me so many wonderful memories. 🙂
