Hello to Everybody! It has been so hot here in WI, I am not complaining, just telling that summer is here! Good weather gave me some good spirits and I created two cards in one day, pretty unusual for me.
The Splitcoaststampers Sketch Challenge #229 inspired the first card. To make this sketch fit to my image I turned it around. You probably recognize this adorable boy from Boys will be Boys stamp set from Artful INKables. First I thought that dotted paper maybe doesn’t go with the boy’s image, but why not? As you can see I didn’t stop just on paper and even the ribbon has some dots (they were white, I colored them with green marker).

Mojo for the second card came from Mojo Monday Sketch blog. When I frist saw this sketch and some papers I had – I knew for sure who will be the main character. I just love this cutie-patootie puppy! He is from Music in my Heart stamp set. The sentiments are so beautiful in this set and go well with any of the images.

I think the dots look great with the boy card. They’re very boyish-looking papers. I like the sketch turned on its side, too. Both cards are very cute, and I love those darling images and your super-duper coloring!

I hope your weather is still sunny and bright! It’s a bit humid in PA and I’m ready to run for cover in the air conditioning! I’m not a “heat” person, I would rather have the cool fall or winter, though I do like the sunshine!!!
Your cards are fabulous! Love the green and browns in the first card and that sweet boy image is colored so beautifully! The polka dots and stripes are perfect! The papers in the second card are a real delight and go nicely with that sweet little doggie. Beautiful sentiment too!
